He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liga.net\/ua\/politics\/interview\/ministr-voyny-reznikov-o-zelenskom-i-strane-kajdyy-c-18-let-doljen-uchitsya-strelyat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> this in an interview with LIGA.net.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The General Staff has a need. He knows exactly the number of drivers, riflemen, cameramen, artillerymen, and snipers needed. The General Staff determines the tasks of military commissariats: the plan and categories of specialists. The Ministry of Defense only exercises control and dreams of turning a paper mess into a digitalized product. We have this product, it has been developed. We just didn&#8217;t have time to fully implement it.
