In this regard, it is not superfluous to recall the position of the Congress of People’s Deputies, which represents the people of Russia outside the territory temporarily occupied by the Chekist junta, \n as stated <\/a>\n<\/strong>on its website.<\/p>\n\n

On the issue of territorial changes and annexations, everything was clearly and unambiguously proclaimed in the \n the Basic Declaration of the Congress of People’s Deputies<\/a>\n<\/strong> The presence of the Russian army on the territory of sovereign Ukraine, as well as the annexation of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions and Crimea is a crime and all those involved must be punished.<\/p>\n\n

In particular, the Declaration states that the Congress of People’s Deputies of Russia:considers it necessary to carry out a complete de-occupation of Crimea and other Ukrainian regions with the withdrawal of all military units, condemns acts of annexation and aggressive wars against other states;– considers unacceptable the policy of supporting unrecognized pseudo-state entities throughout the former USSR other than through legitimate UN decisions;– approves the state borders of Russia as of February 19, 2014;– Recognizes the need for just compensation to the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian state, the specific forms and amounts of which will be determined by the relevant agreements.<\/p>\n\n
