The expert also suggested that Tatarsky could have been killed to make him a new &#8220;sacred victim&#8221; for Russia.<\/p>\n\n<p>He noted that Pushilin could have been informed about the plans for Tatarsky in advance and prepared for them, but did not try to save the future victim.<\/p>\n\n<p>Earlier it became known that Russian propagandist Maxim Fomin, known as Vladlen Tatarsky, died on April 2 as a result of an explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg.
