The detainee, the head of the security department of the state-owned enterprise, was responsible for the protection of strategically important facilities of the energy system. <\/p>\n\n<p>According to the SBU, the official justified Russian air attacks on Ukraine&#8217;s civilian infrastructure and disclosed information about the consequences of missile and drone strikes. He also praised the Kremlin regime and expressed a desire for the mass murder of Ukrainians. <\/p>\n\n<p>SBU cyber specialists documented these actions, and after examination, the detainee was served a notice of suspicion under Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
