Military intelligence sources of the InfoLight.UA Research and Analysis Group<\/strong> confirm the fact of a large-scale cyberattack on the resources of the Russian judicial system, carried out by joint efforts of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and a team of cyber activists BO Team<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

According to the information received, the successful operation destroyed more than 80 terabytes of data on 15 servers and workstations of Russian courts. Among the affected systems are the servers of the arbitration court of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. <\/p>\n\n

The cyberattack destroyed critical data: databases, software systems, accounting documents, personnel materials, backups, audio and video recordings of meetings, the arbitration proceedings system, and a number of other resources.<\/p>\n\n

Additionally, Ukrainian specialists conducted a large-scale information operation – more than 50 thousand letters were sent from the official mailboxes of the courts to government agencies, arbitration courts and representatives of large Russian businesses. It is noteworthy that the printing of these messages was automatically launched on the printers of the attacked institutions. <\/p>\n\n

The letters warned of the inevitable return of the occupied territories to Ukrainian control and reminded that anyone involved in war crimes against Ukraine would be punished accordingly. The message concluded with the words “Get ready: it won’t be long now”. <\/p>\n\n

It is worth recalling that last October, the DIU cyber units, together with the BO Team, already carried out a successful attack on the Russian state system “Pravosuddya”, which paralyzed the work of courts and gained access to confidential documents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
