{"id":26948,"date":"2025-01-21T12:06:18","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T09:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infolight.ua\/2025\/01\/21\/during-the-full-scale-war-he-became-rich-by-more-than-1-million-sbu-detains-chief-psychiatrist-of-the-armed-forces-of-ukraine\/"},"modified":"2025-01-26T00:58:31","modified_gmt":"2025-01-25T21:58:31","slug":"during-the-full-scale-war-he-became-rich-by-more-than-1-million-sbu-detains-chief-psychiatrist-of-the-armed-forces-of-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infolight.ua\/en\/2025\/01\/21\/during-the-full-scale-war-he-became-rich-by-more-than-1-million-sbu-detains-chief-psychiatrist-of-the-armed-forces-of-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"During the full-scale war, he became rich by more than $1 million: SBU detains chief psychiatrist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Security Service of Ukraine<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/SBUkr\/13845\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/t.me\/SBUkr\/13845\"> detained<\/a> a high-ranking official of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the chief psychiatrist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on suspicion of illegal enrichment in excess of USD 1 million.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details of the investigation:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Position:<\/strong> Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Medical Commission (CMC), responsible for the fitness for duty of military personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assets:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Private house and two land plots in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have three apartments in Kyiv and one in Odesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four BMW cars (X7, X5, X3) of different years of production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash: USD 152 thousand and 34 thousand.  euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The property was registered in the names of close relatives and unauthorized persons to conceal the sources of enrichment.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criminal articles:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Art. 368-5 <\/strong>  &#8211; illicit enrichment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Art. 366-2 <\/strong>  &#8211; declaring false information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sanctions:<\/h3>\n\n<p>The suspect faces up to <strong>10 years in prison<\/strong> with confiscation of property.
